At Naylors, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unused sporting equipment and apparel. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
